From top to bottom: Azalea: (bright pink) growing in a very shaded location - just beginning to bloom. Myosotis: (Forget-me-not) also tolerates deep shade. Reseeds easily. Hosta: Beautiful leaves, outlined in white all season, with elegant pale purple flowers in June/July. Fragaria Frel: (pink panda) just beginning to flower amongst the rocks. Ajuga Reptans: Ground cover with blue spiked flowers. Later the leaves turn deep copper. |
